About Us
Our website serves 2 purposes:-
1. As a mean to raise fund to support our retired or sick teachers who used to work hard in teaching and guiding us.
We thank you for every purchase. Items shown here are only part of our collection. New designs coming up every month. Your own design is also welcome.
2. As remembrance of our beloved Jane Hays Memorial School(JHM) and our old days here in different activities inside and outside school.
After the ministry has fulfilled the first purpose, the fund will be used to finance poor Thai girls’ education in order to follow Mrs. Jane Hays McFarland’s intention when she was in Thailand.

Many of us joined the school in 1969 and graduated in 1979(from grade 1-10)
Students in that year called themselves informally “squids”. The reason behind this is that the abbreviation of the school’s name in Thai makes it easy for Thai-Chinese students like us to imitate the pronunciation of Thai abbreviation to be in Teochew(chiuchow)as Yew Hue which means “squid”

We have different types of squids in JHM because God made us differently but perfectly in His sight i.e. some of us may be talkative while some are quiet. Some are open & social while some are reserved & timid. Some are quick while some are slow. No matter how we are, we are equally precious in His sight and He has specific gifts and plans for each of us.
These different squids made the school colourful !!!!

Now these squids have grown up and have gone into different fields of work e.g. accountants and business owners. We have good time with our teachers on occasions when we able to see them.
